Cert Description
The Newburyport Office of Emergency Management CERT is a volunteer program that provides support to this city’s first responders in the event of a natural or man made disaster. Volunteers will receive professional training by Newburyport Office of Emergency management in areas of NIMS, CERT, Basic First Aid, CPR and Traffic Safety. CERT members will participate in annual drills to re-enforce and test skills as received in this program
