| The City of Woburn is currently establishing a CERT program to provide critical support to first responders in the event of emergencies and train committed residents to perform critical volunteer emergency response in the event of a regional tragedy. Specific training has included EMS, water rescue, and educational outreach for citizen emergency response and self help including storm/hurricane preparedness. |
