The Town of Palmer Massachusetts offers CERT Training in accordance with FEMA guidelines. Training is organized and scheduled by The Town of Palmer Emergency Management Director, Neal Byrne, in cooperation with MEMA Region 3, Palmer Fire Department, Three Rivers Fire Department, and Bondsville Fire Department as well as Palmer Ambulance Service.
