| We would like to establish a team of about 24 people broken down into 4 squads of 6 that would cover our four distinct neighborhoods. They would be trained in basic first-aid and CPR and upon activation would serve as the Emergency Managers eyes and ears for their neighborhood. They would advise the EOC of road conditions, wires down, severity of damage to buildings, etc. in the time of emergencies. They would be trained to provide basic first-aid until emergency crews could arrive. |
