| The Vinton County CERT team is organized by the Vinton County EMA and the Gallia/Jackson/Vinton RSVP, in partnership with the Vinton County Citizen Corps Council. The CERT classes will teach basic disaster preparedness to individuals ages 14 and up. The classes help us be better preparred for emergency and disaster situations as they happen.
