Cert Description
The Greater Tampa CERT program offers FEMA/FDEM CERT Certification for all of the current 8 training modules. This program began in 2002 and now has almost 500 trained CERT members in the community with classes ongoing on a regular basis for new volunteers. Continuing education programs are offered ever month to the volunteers. The team received 501c3 status in 2006.
