Cert Description
An active program since 1997 based upon the concept that public action and involvement in disaster is a key to success in disaster preparedness, response and recovery in a coastal county subject to many forms of disasters and major incidents. Over 200 citizens have been trained since 1997 and operate in 35 CERT teams throughout the county.
