Hillsborough County's CERT Program was initiated in 1996 when the pilot CERT program was implemented in the South Hillsborough County area of Sun City Center. We are currently actively soliciting for participants via Neighborhood Associations, business connections, speaking engagements, mail outs, press and radio announcements.
