Cert Description
Idaho neighbors help each other. CERT members are trained to provide this help safely. CERT members receive over 17 hours of training in Disaster Preparedness, Disaster Fire Suppression, Disaster Medical Operations, Light Search and Rescue, Disaster Psychology, and Team Organization. Classes are offered throughout the year, open to the public, and are free of charge.
