Submitting Comments on Significant Guidance Documents
Comments on significant guidance documents, including requests for issuance, reconsideration, modification, or rescission, may be submitted electronically by e-mail to the Office of Enforcement Programs and Services (EPS) at eps@atf.gov. The title of the document should be included when appropriate.
Complaints that ATF is not following the procedures outlined in the “Agency Good Guidance Practices” Bulletin issued by the Office of Management and Budget on January 25, 2007 (see the FEDERAL REGISTER, page 3432), or that ATF is improperly treating a significant guidance document as a binding requirement may be submitted electronically to EPS at eps@atf.gov, or sent to EPS at the following address:
