| Belmont - San Carlos CERT is a cooperative effort between the Belmont Police Department, San Carlos Police Department and the Belmont - San Carlos Fire Department, to provide training and establish partnerships between emergency services and the people that they serve. The goal is for emergency personnel to train members of neighborhoods, community organizations, or workplaces in basic response skills. CERT members are trained in: Disaster Preparedness Disaster Fire Suppression Disaster Medical Operations Light Search and Rescue Operations Disaster Psychology/Team Organization Terrorism. |
