CERT Program in Corte Madera is a coordinated and organized by Corte Madera Fire Department. It is a condense 10 hours course which follows FEMA CERT Program. Cost is $30.00 and on completion of course all members received a CERT roll bag containing: one flash light with batteries, a helmet, vest, eye glasses, whistle and a pair of gloves. CERT program covers: Introduction to Emergency Preparedness, Disaster First Aid, Weapons of Mass Destruction and Hazardous Materials, Light Search and Rescue, Fire Prevention/Suppression, and aDisaster Simulation.
