| Our office will educate the citizens of our area of operations about disaster preparedness; the hazards that will in the event of an emergency impact our area and will train them in basic disaster response, search and rescue, emergency organization and basic medical operations. Our members will assist other local agencies following an event and will put in motion the apparatus to help support the citizens of the area. Our members will also be encouraged to support emergency response agencies by taking a more active role in emergency preparedness in the community. |
