| The USRU is a student composed emergency response team providing a response capability to the California Maritime Academy and surrounding area in the event of an emergency. The ESRU operates under the guidance of the California Maritime Academy Department of Public Safety with the training support of the Vallejo and Benicia Fire Departments.
The California Maritime Academy is a campus of the California State Univeristy System providing four-year degrees in business administration, facilities engineering technology, global studies and maritime affairs, marine engineering technology, marine transportation, and mechanical engineering, as well as a number of continuing education and maritime security related courses. |
