| Cert Description |
| The Deer Springs Fire District consists of 47 square miles in unincorporated San Diego County. The District is rural with rugged mountains and fire-prone vegetation. The objective of our CERT program is activate under conditons of such catastrophic event that our first-responders are over-whelmed. Personal safety and continuous training are emphasized. |
