| To date (1/99), have provided twelve academies with over 550 graduates in the residential and business community. Citizens Advisory Council meets monthly (second Wednesday at 6 p.m.) and produces a quarterly newsletter for all graduates. The emergency managers in the County of Ventura have agreed on set criteria for disaster team training:
