| The Western Nevada County Chapter of the American Red Cross is
coordinating the CERT Program for Nevada County.
We had three (3) instructors trained at the May T-T-T program in
Roseville and are in the process of re-creating materials,
disseminating CERT information and working toward the first CERT Team
training.
We have had several community information meetings with interested
community groups and neighborhood associations.
Our first class of approximately 30 participants will commence on
October 30th in Lake Wildwood.
We have at least two other groups interested in starting a training
program. |
