| The Greater Killeen CERT Program is designed to educate, train, and equip the citizens of Killeen and the surrounding area. From there the objective is to encorperate the CERT teams into the city's Emergency Operations Plan in order to provide additional response and recovery capabilities in case of a major emergency or disaster. In addition to response and recovery efforts CERT members will be instamental in the prevention and preparedness phases of emergency management for the City of Killeen |
