VISION: To build a Community Emergency Response Team, for the City of Wylie that will be self-motivated and self-sustaining. A team that will grow with our city based on a foundation of trained volunteers that will become the trainers for growth. MISSION: To support the Public Safety responders in the City of Wylie and Collin County in the event of community emergencies and to train our neighbors to be better prepared for the hazards that threaten their families and community.
