The CitizenCorp group represents eight Texas counties Jefferson, Hardin, Chambers, Orange, Jasper, Newton, Liberty and Tyler. These counties and the cities within each county have been operating as a regional team in preparing for terrorism since 9/11. Our CitizenCorp would respond anywhere within the eight county area.
