Cert Description
ATCOG CERT is comprised of employees of the Ark-Tex Council of Governments. The response mission of our employees is to provide technical/administrative support to any jurisdiction in our region of 9 counties/49 cities to assit them in the event of a disaster. Our non-reponse mission is to support and encourage the development of additional CERTs in the ATCOG region of northeast Texas.
