| The Anson Fire Department CERT completed its first team training course. 18 volunteers completed the GS317 course. Team organizers are encouraged as the number of volunteers trained exceeded the original goal of 12 volunteers by 50.
The Anson team also designed a search & rescue vest developed specifically for CERT operations. The vests are being manufactured in a small local shop. For information, pricing & options, contact J.
