Each year the Annual Meeting is comprised of approximately 160 sessions that offer the most comprehensive educational programming to the field. Save the proposal form to your desktop first prior to completing it. Do not begin to complete the proposal form from the opened document on the Web. E-mail the document as a file attachment to annualmeeting@aam-us.org. Please name your document the same as your proposed session title.

The Proposal Deadline is Aug. 29, 2008.
The Deadline for Proposals seeking SPC endorsement is July 11, 2008.
NOTE: The session chairperson submits the proposal with the understanding that if their session is selected, it can be scheduled on any day of the Annual Meeting.
