DEA- Retired Registrants from the Active CSA Registrants Database

This is the authentic official site for DEA Authorized database information on the Web.

This database contains a list of certification numbers only that have been retired from the Active File within the last month or quarter.

The certification number enables physicians, related practitioners, other established health organizations, and others to prescribe and handle controlled substances.

If a number has been retired, that individual or business entity may no longer prescribe or handle these substances.

Retired Registrants from both Controlled Substance and Chemical Database -- Raw Data Available in ASCII or EBCDIC, and on either 3480 cartridge, CD-ROM or as a download.
