THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 002 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR COMMAND AND TELEMETRY COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE AND SUPPORT FOR LAUNCH CONTROL SYSTEM. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued.

The purpose of this amendment is to notify the upload of a second file that documents questions and answers. Refer to Questions and Answers_Mod2.xls from the following link: http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/eps/eps_data/129714-OTHER-003-001.xls

The due date for receipt of offers is not extended.
