Welcome to the homepage of the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Idaho. As U.S. Attorney, it is my responsibility to oversee the enforcement of federal criminal law in Idaho, enforce civil statutes and defend the United States against lawsuits.
In these pages you will find some history, an overview of the Office, a description of our Civil and Criminal Divisions, information about specific programs such as Project Safe Neighborhoods, Victim-Witness and the Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee, access to recent news releases, and contact information for our main office and our two branch offices.
It is my hope that after looking over these pages you will come away with a better understanding of the mission of the U.S. Attorney's Office and how we carry out that mission in Idaho.
