Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice To Deliver Remarks to The German Marshall Fund

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will deliver remarks on U.S.-Russia Relations to members and guests of the German Marshall Fund (GMF) on Thursday, September 18, 2008, at 1:00 p.m., in the Grand Ballroom of the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel, 1127 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 
 
This event is open for press coverage.
 
Pre-set time for cameras: 11:45 a.m.
Final access time for writers and still photographers: 12:15 p.m.
Access for cameras after 11:45 a.m. will not be permitted.
Please inform Will Bohlen, GMF, of plans to go live via satellite truck.

To participate in this event, media must present one of the following: (1) a U.S. Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identification card, or (3) a letter from their employer on letterhead verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo identification (driver's license or passport).
