Dialog: information to change the world

This is Dialog.

Providing content from the world's most authoritative publishers, the tools to search every bit of it with speed and precision, and the added value afforded by excellent service to our customers. We are a company founded on the idea that information matters—that it really can make a difference in the world—or your corner of it.

The New Era: Focus on Customer Support

As promised, we are taking advantage of the opportunities from our alignment with ProQuest to enhance our tradition of service excellence. First, we are holding new Update meetings in various locations around the country this fall, with plans for another round in the spring. In addition, if you cannot attend an update, we have increased the availability of regular Dialog and DataStar training to make sure you’re making the best use of your access to Dialog.

To that end, there are many tools and publications that can help with your searching needs. For instance, to identify the possible sources for your research, try our Database Selection Guide.

Finally, we’re excited about the re-launch of the ever-popular Chronolog now available as an email publication. Sign up to keep current on all the content and product enhancements for Dialog and DataStar.
