Procurement

The NSLS-II Procurement Group is responsible for the acquisition of goods and services for the NSLS-II project. NSLS-II procurement needs cover a wide spectrum of supplies and services from simple routine commercial components to large multi-million dollar construction and research and development contracts. NSLS-II Management is committed to supporting all socioeconomic goals and becoming an outstanding corporate citizen. The contributions of small, small disadvantaged, veteran owned and small woman owned business firms to name a few are instrumental to the timely completion of the NSLS-II project. One of ten national laboratories overseen and primarily funded by the Office of Science of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Brookhaven National Laboratory conducts research in the physical, biomedical, and environmental sciences, as well as in energy technologies and national security.
