Form KC-362, provides standard abbreviations shown on information releases, bid-points, and information relating to distributing agencies/forwarders on behalf of which Kansas City Commodity Office ships commodities. This form was last updated on September 12, 2008.

 
Form KC-359, Port Availability Request Form, is used to apply for port/facility available to handle and/or store CCC food aid commodities, help assess its suitability to do so, and aid with arrangements for conducting port/facility inspections. (Instructions)

 
The Port Terminal Checklist and Transloading Checklist are completed by the warehouse examiners when conducting inspections.
