The matter of forcing every town to have audible signals is a bad one. I am a very good guide dog handler and have had to hear these awful signals while in training in White Plains, NY. They were not synchronized with any of the other signals and what the NFB is proposing raises a dangerous situation to all of us who are either using a cane or a guide dog. As usual the NFB is forcing something on blind people that if properly trained, is not necessary. It's sad that we have to be forced to use something that is dangerous. Please don not use these horrible signals that are going to put every blind person in this country in jeopardy.

Sincerely,
Lin Hunnicutt
