• Planificación Integral – Asesoramiento y planificación comprensiva para identificar las fortalezas, habilidades, intereses, y necesidades de cada familia, y hacer conexiones con los recursos adecuados.
  
  
• Juntas de Padres de Familia – Reuniones mensuales, planeados por padres, donde las familias pueden conocerse y compartir información.
  
  
• Biblioteca de Recursos – Informaciones sobre recursos en la comunidad, servicios públicos, y discapacidades.
  
  
• Boletín Informativo y Sitio de Internet – Para compartir información sobre oportunidades y recursos.
  
  
• Información y Referencia – Acceso a servicios del gobierno y la comunidad para familias.

Our goal is to connect families with the resources they need to better support their child and family, by bringing together families, public services, and community resources. Our center offers:

• Peer Support Meetings – Monthly meetings, planned by parents, for families to meet each other and share information.
  
  
• Resource Library – Information on community resources, public services, and disability-related topics.
  
  
• Newsletter & Website – To get the word out about opportunities and resources.
  
  
  
• Information and Referral – Access to government, community, and family services.
