I do not support this new plans proposal for audible pedestrian signals and detectable warnings.

I urge the committee who will be funding such a plan proposal to re-consider. I feel that people with disabilities, such as low vision and total blindness can benefit better if our budget would not be spent for such signals and warning signs.
