As a tax payer that happens to be blind, I believe I should have the right to expect that technology which is readily available will be utilized to provide as high degree of safety to people with vision impairments as possible. Billions of dollars a year are spent in accommodating the public with all kinds of lighting intended to provide everything from simple illumination to various types of warnings, instructing, guiding, etc. I very strongly support the PROWAC report.
