Comment to Access Board Members:

Only some intersections need special handling. Putting detectable warnings everywhere there are walk-don't-walk signs is a misuse of funds and could be dangerous to blind travelers. Modifications should be considered only when sufficient nonvisual cues are not otherwise available.
