Dear Access Board:

I want to voice my strong opposition to the draft proposals for detectable traffic signals at pedestrian intersections. I can not think of a bigger waste of taxpayer money. The Mandates required will not make much difference and in some cases could make intersections more dangerous because of the conflicting sounds being emitted.
