To whom it may concern.
The Blind and severely
visually impaired NEED detectable warnings. As the population ages we have
more and more folks with vision problems and the group in encountering more
hearing loss and are finding it more difficult to listen for traffic.
My husband and I are both legally blind and as we age our vision gets worse
and I am using two hearing aids. WE also need more time to cross streets as
we are slowing down with age.
