I am writing in support of accessible pedestrian signals and
detectable warnings. Many blind and disabled people have trouble crossing
streets and the use of APS will provide a better since of safety. I realize
that the NFB (National Federation of the Blind) is strongly opposed to the use
of such technology and I urge you and others to remember one size doesn't fit
all.
