Dear Access Board,

I am opposed to the proposed plan to install detectable warnings, truncated domes and audible traffic signals at every intersection in America. This
will cost a staggering amount of money, Not as many people will use these
bumps and chirps as you might think. All this money would be better spent funding more useful services for blind people, such as Braille literacy, orientation and mobility (travel) training, rehabilitation and employment opportunities, and legislative initiatives to improve the lives of blind people, for starters.

Sincerely,

Pam Gillmore
