I have comments regarding the proposed ADA guidelines.

Specifically the requirement for crosswalk cross slope of 1:48 at intersections. The creation of "table areas" of 2% at intersections when the street grade is at 10% or even higher would create possible implications for the vehicular traffic. This severe grade break in the street profile could cause the vehicle to become airborne with the driver losing stability and control thereby potentially endangering the pedestrian traffic even further. You could have situations similar to what is seen in movies in San Francisco.
