To the Honorable Members of the Access Board:

I wish to share my thoughts, experience and feelings with you for your up-coming decisions on the above captioned report.

I fully believe and hope that every action possible will be taken to approve the recommendations of the report. I am blind and have traveled the roads and streets of this country for the past fifty-six years in that blind condition. For the health and safety of other sightless people in the future, please take as much positive action as possible.
