Falmouth, MA, has no traffic warning signals. Therefore I am limited to
small area for walking unless someone accompanies me. Independence is a high
priority for any visually impaired person - the need to function normally in
as many ways as possible is a constant effort. Traffic warning signals would
insure me of walking safely and also would broaden my world.
