I am a blind person from Sacramento Ca and here we have only a few Audible Traffic Lights for crossing the streets. I urge you to help pass the legistlation that will make city's put in audible lights. This is not only important for visually impaired but also for hard of hearing persons. I urge you to Please push for this legislation. Thank You.
