I support the PROWAC report!
I am a legally blind person and feel that I should have the same access to traffic lights as those who can see because I have to walk to get to places and can't always see the traffic lights to tell when it is safe to cross the streets. It is like putting my life into danger each time I cross when I am unsure of who has the right of way. If the signals were audible I would at least be able to know when I have a green light and when I have a red light to help me cross the street.
