Hello:
I am writing this letter in strong!!! Support of the Proacc report. I am a legally Blind person living in a Maryland suburb of Washington DC. The streets are dangerous enough for anyone to cross much less for blind persons. Having access to the same information as sighted pedestrians is not a luxury it is a necessity. Please help stop the needless deaths of blind pedestrians by supporting the proacc report.
