Please support the recommendations of the PROWAC in making sure that visually impaired have access to the information sighted pedestrians take for granted and support detectable warnings at more crosswalks where there is heavy vehicular traffic. I am sighted, but strongly support these measures which allow more people to lead more normal lives.
