I am writing to express my strong support of detectible warnings and audible traffic signals.

 

Clearly, as a blind person who has traveled both with the white cane and with a dog-guide, I know my safety is dramatically enhanced when these two mobility aids are properly installed and operating.

 

I vigorously urge you to do all that you can to ensure that these two vital and necessary tools that assist me as a blind traveler or included in any and all decisions.
