Developmental program provides:

  • Site visits to explore leadership issues and practices
  • Executive forums
  • A wellness program to help executives balance career and health needs
Who is eligible?
FSA Federal employees, FAS National Office employees, and
RMA employees
Nominees must:
  • Be full-time permanent employees
  • Be at a grade 13-15 or above or equivalent
  • Demonstrate leadership and management potential

Self-nomination. Submit:
  • Program Nomination Form, including supervisor signature
  • 2-page written statement (see Agency Nomination Procedure for details)
  • List of formal training courses take in the last 5 years
