Who is eligible? - FAS National Office employees
| Nominees must: - Be full-time permanent Federal employees
- Be at the GS-13 or above or equivalent
- Demonstrate leadership and management potential Have the ability to work independently in an unstructured environment

Program Duration | 1 full year or seven month session |

Nomination Process | Self-Nomination--Submit: - Two page-written statements (see Agency Nomination Procedure for details)
- Cover letter describing specific skills that represent applicant's strongest professional competencies
- An approved SF 182 - Training Authorization form Current OF-612 or SF-171 or detailed resume
- List of formal training courses taken in last five years
- A statement written by first-line supervisor assessing the applicant's potential for leadership or managerial responsibilities
- Writing samples, preferably a report or in-depth memo
- A memo from Agencies' Executive Resources Board, training/executive development coordinator or other group describing the benefit of the assignment to participant
- The agency submits a nomination package to the Graduate School
