Oregon Diabetes Coalition

This statewide coalition is composed of members from a variety of backgrounds including diabetes educators, organizations dedicated to advocacy efforts, health care organizations, quality improvement organizations, and organizations servings communities disproportionately affected by diabetes.  The mission of the ODC is "to improve the health and quality of life of Oregonians affected by diabetes"

Oregon's Action Plan for Diabetes (pdf) was created in 2005.
